[April 18, 1918] -
Shot and instantly killed, Alvin Souders by his cousin, Victor Souders, a little ways to the south of here, on last Monday. The trouble was over the frequent attention to the former's wife. The tragedy has caused considerable excitement here. The slayer immediately gave himself up to the legal authorities. [1]------------------------------
